The purpose of the Video Heritage Project is to produce a visual record of the Life and Times of the Toe River Valley of Western North Carolina through a narrative format of individual histories and stories. This project is sponsored by the Traditional Voices Group, a 501(c)3 non-profit group based in Burnsville NC.
